rpe7-8+ warm up 20x50(5x50 on 65secs, 5x50 on 60secs, 5x50 on 55 secs, 5x50 on 50 secs) The last 5x50 was hard.
main set 4x500 all on 8:30
1-3 500 pull
1st 500 pull ~8:10
2nd 500 pull ~8:15
3rd 500 pull ~8:15
4th 500 swim no equipment.
Good workout. This was the longest sets ever done with Masters. Swim felt ok. I will settle into a more efficient pace and effort on race day. Masters usually pushing me a bit and my form falls off a bit. The last 500 swim felt pretty good.
