rpe8. Swimming is still hard for me. I feel form is all over the place. I struggle to do 1:40 intrvl/ warm up 400 swim plus 8x100 kick with fins
main set:
8x150 pull (4 on 2:25 4 on 2:15). The 2:15 is a 1:30 pace. I cant come close to that right now. I completed 7x150.
450 swim
3x100 on 1:35. Made the first intrvl. But fell short on the last 2
