rpe 7-9. Swim lesson with Mccurdy got switched to next Friday a.m. I will be doing one more set of 5 lessons with Chris...Good swim. Fell behind but have to realize that I am a good swimmer just not as good as I want to be yet. Keep working. warm up 400 + 4(200 pull negatice split) + 6x75 swim on 1:15
