rpe6-9. worked abs. ran 20 min warmup and went directly into 8x1min hard with 1 min recovery...Ran hard but controled. Felt like a had another gear after each 1min intvl. However that last 1min intrvl I was closer to max. ran without socks again. 8x1min set began around 2.4-2.5 miles. I felt good and fast. ran at track. Good run!
