RPE 7-8+. overall avg hr 136 overall avg cadence 89 overall avg 19.7 mph. 1st 2hr30mins easy/moderate but steady effort. 50.3 miles. avg hr 131 max hr 161, avg 20.1 mph. Next 30mins moderate + effort but steady. 11.6 miles, avg hr 162 max hr 171 avg 22.9 mph, cd 45 mins 12 miles avg hr 134 avg 15.9 mph. Once I reach that high effort during the strong 30 mins, I had a difficult time keeping HR low. nutrition: 2.75 bottles of water. 1 1/3 bottles of infinit ~576 cals. Gels 220 cals. Total ~800 cal. I was not able to take in much cals during the strong steady work(30 mins) Took in some gels at that time. Since I was not able to take in that much cals on the strong 30 mins portion I feel I did not take as many calories as I would otherwise taken at an IM or Hlaf IM pace...
