rpe8-8+Wanted to work hard today so I lead the lane for most of the workout. warm up 500. mains set 3x400(moderate steady moderate) =1200. 50 easy recovery. 6x200 moderate=1200. I lead the 1-4 but slowed down and allowed someone else to lead the lane 5-6. 5x50(easy 25 hard 25) =250. 50 easy recovery
