RPE7. After 3 weeks of testing the metabolic results. I have found the accurate training zone for long/easy type of run workouts. The metabolic testing did not accurately depict the correct easy/long run zones. Easy Long run HR zones should be set at no greater than 140. The data was skewed bewteen 3-5. HR kept inaccurately spiking...The first 2-3 miles were warm up and slower than my target. The middle 3-5 miles provided inaccurate results. The last 2-3 miles are the most accurate results of data. Calves felt fine. Will begin interval work again next week.
