rpe7. Worked abs and stretched. Ran 1 mile stopped and stretched. First mile I felt very heavy...Decided to increase the effort a bit slower and usual. I kept hr a bit lower than normal. cadence 90 first mile followed by 92.. did 6- 30 sec strides with 30 secs recoery in between. Hard effort but in control.
