rpe 7-9. If you compare data from Day 1 to day 2(today) this ride is much more efficient. Plus the hills were much more difficult. Did a much better job of working steady. HR spiked on the several climbs. Did Leaky Ride. Great ride. Except it was about 104 miles of chip sealed roads. That got old.
