rpe 7. Splashed around a bit just to get back into the water. I was a bit more tight than I would have thought. But quickly warmed up. I cut the practice short bc that is all I wanted was to splash around...warm up 400 swim 300 pull, 4x100 on 1:40 main set 50 hard, 50 easy, 2x50 hard 50 easy, 3x50 hard 50 easy 4x50 hard 50 easy 5x50 hard 50 easy. Hard on 60 secs easy on 90 secs. Plenty of time of recovery between each. Good for me. Since I did not want to push it..Just wanted a recovery type of swim.
