Very intense race. pack went out pretty quick and since i was stuck in the middle boxed in, I had no choice but to go out that fast as well. Mile in 5:43, 2 mile 11:36 (5:53), and then 5k time 18:13. kind of hit a wall at the two mile and the race became extremely painful, but i managed to pick it up for the final 800. Overall the absolute best effort I could've given and I am so happy with the PR. And i beat a few awesome girls that i raced against in high school which is a huge plus. :-D
