Very strange race. Next to no run training. Lots of swimming and some pretty decent, fast rides this Spring. So, I have my best time in the swim, run and both transitions, and my worst bike time of all 4 races here at Motor City!
Maybe holding back on the bike just a little (if I did) helped on the run;;

Best swim by over a minute, best run by 5 seconds, best T1 by 16 seconds. Whoops, best T2 was the first year, 1:22.
