Fairly easy run, but I was feeling so good I was pushing it in spots. I am sure I was running faster than 9:24 most of the way. No pains. Fairly cool but humid morning for a run, shirtless that last half -- nice! These Brooks GTS7s are feeling like slippers, really light and fast. Have the SuperFeet inserts in them.
