Pretty tired so this was going to be a recovery swim.

500 9:22 definitely a slow warm up. Felt good.

1000 18:05, working a little harder, but I could have gone a long ways at this pace.

4x100 on 2:00 pull. Working moderately hard here. 1:31, 1:31, 1:30, 1:33.
