Notes
Got out for this a little late. Meant to do about 10, but this is a nice run. Got a little long and with the heat was tough towards the end. Ran easy, so the pace is a nice surprise. Still getting acclimated to the heat. Probably should have eaten more before or take fuel belt with something containing calories.
3 fountains (Argo livery, Fuller fields and Gallup livery) two of which I hit twice. Very hot the last half, stopped for a dip in the river: very nice. No pain, other than a weird left shoulder pain that feels like I strained it swimming. My left shoulder has never, ever hurt.
