3.25 Burns Park to the track. 2 miles at tempo, walk between for about a minute, 744 (158), 7:47 (162). It started pouring rain the second mile, by the end the temp had dropped 10 degrees and there was a stiff wind. I was going to do a third but the weather and the time let me off the hook. Very cold mile home. Not feeling %100 these past few days -- borderline flu like: touch of sore throat, sore neck, some diarrhea yesterday. So 2 @tempo is probably good enough.
