Notes
Was not sure what this would yield as I have done nothing but long, easy runs. First mile felt pretty good, and I was surprised to see it under 8 minutes. Third mile has a long hill, then a short steep hill, then a downhill. Tough mile. Fourth mile I was feeling pretty good, so I started to push it. I ran the last half fairly hard. I had more, probably a lot more, but I am still learning to open it up and where. Wore red LS shirt, about right for the weather.
