Hit the turn for the shortcut in 58:37. Wore a LS tech, orange cycling jersey and yellow bike shell. Perfect. Thicker skull cap, good, tights and MTB shorts, good.
Gloves, fail. My fingers were like icicles the first few miles, but at some point they warmed up and never bothered me again. Odd.
Feet, however, bitterly cold, about the time my hands stopping feeling cold, I guess. That needs work!
