Notes
Base was a little low for this, but there has been more cross-training. I went into this fairly confident. My goal was 1:50 which was ambitious. My plan was to run 8:40, 8:30 then 8:20s. Went out hard and was on pace through about 9, but then I died and it got tough. Hill up Maple was tough. More miles and I am a cinch to break 1:50.
8:38 (crowded as usual, 2 minutes to cross the start mats)
8:08 (took advantage of more room to run)
8:10 (feeling strong and confident)
8:14 (perfect pace)
8:21 (still feeling quite good, running hard, but strong)

8:27 (probably a sign of things to come, working harder here, maybe even breathing hard)

8:36 (watching the lead runners come back from turnaround. Tough)

9:07 (saw Chris Loftus not sure I hit the split right. First hill was tough.)
8:19 (long hill to school, doubt this split is right)
1:42 (way off, good to finish)
