Very tough swim. 700-ish warm up.
5 'broken' 500y sets with 100 easy after each one.
They were a variety of distances and intervals, but they were all really tough.
For example the first 200 was on 3:15. That's almost the pace I do 4x100 on 2:00 at.
It just kept going from there. And I was so far behind the person in front of me the whole time there was very little drafting going on.
