47 degrees overcast skies 6mph wind out of the SW wind chill 44 degrees and 69% humidity. Over dressed with a long and short sleeve tech shirt and running pants. Run felt great was going to just do one mile but felt good so I decided to go for two tonight and one tomorrow. I like that my heart rate is starting to go back down at faster paces now.
