Notes
This was the predict version no watches..........miss the data for how the splits went ,I think well.. very few passed me and no one the last mile, I gave good in the middle battle ,the hill towards the end went very well .
had little left to finish on the down hill ! 2nd in predictions for age group I think I was still 40 seconds slowing than predicted ...hills and wishfull thinking after last week.
Hamstring were some what bothersome and still dragging residual from this cold.
