15 min warmup... then Gradie, David and I did a 7 mile fartlek.. 3.5 down and back.. VERY TOUGH.. we each took turns leading and picking the amount of time for the rep and the amount of time for the recovery.. very tough workout.. i enjoyed it though.. Fartleks are probably my favorite workout..
