Tough workout and tough day.. the initial workout was 4x5x300...45 second rest between each rep and 2 1/2 minute rest between each set.. only completed three sets though. Really wimped out.. Coach jumped on my butt real good after and got the point across that Im not mentally tough.. The talent is there, it's just the mentality that I have to fix. I made a promise to myself, that from here on out, every workout is going to be 100%. nothing left over..
