ran with matt and the PG kids.. pretty cool workout..
800m warmup followed by 4x800 with a 400m jog between each one.. hit them in like 2:34,2:33,2:30, 2:26, felt nice and smooth.. but the heavy shoes def put lactic acid in my legs! Had a nice little kick on the last one.. well increase of pace i should say.. following the run we did a 800m cooldown and then a 30 minute jog... in all logging about 8 miles..

Even though I dont play football, i still think this applies to my up coming life with Adams State. They dont have the footlocker finalist and that type of runners, but they are consistently one of the best teams in the nation.. including D1
