2 mile warmup, 7 mile fartlek, 2 mile cooldown
I felt like I was flying on the way down. Went threw the mile marker in 5:35 and the 3 mile marker in 17:30.
Most of the segments at first ranged from 2-4 minutes, with around 1-2 minutes recovery. Pretty tough workout in my opinion, maybe because I pushed it pretty hard.
