2 mile warmup/2 mile cooldown.. did a few strides and drills before the workout but not enough.. the workout was
2x(3x4:00)+1x4:00.. it was a 75 second rest between each rep and then 2 minutes rest between each set.. not a great workout at all.. feel like I didnt go as hard as I should, like I'm taking stuff to easy.
