Easy 8
I wasn't sure how my legs were going to feel after yesterday's track workout. I realized it was my first track work in 3 months! Felt sluggish on the first mile but that's typical for me. I don't relate to people who can run their easy runs with even splits. It takes awhile for my body to warm up. The hills in particular were tough on my legs at first but eventually it all evened out and I felt good and steady. I was surprised by how quick I ended up running because I thought this might be an 8:30-8:40 kind of day.
