Took this very easy and was ready to be done running at the end. The workout didn't feel too bad but my calves were pretty sore. The pureconnects were a 4mm drop and the distance elites are 2mm. Hard to imagine the 2mm difference is making that much of a difference-but maybe I'm running differently in these shoes and my body is adjusting.
