I felt surprisingly good for this run the day after a track workout. Probably a large part of that was the cool weather. I felt really good and just took it really easy. My left foot was a little sore and I'm still having a bit of soreness in my left calf but that actually got better as the run went on. Everything felt really even and I felt like I could just run without worrying about how my stride felt, etc. I've really missed that the last few months.
It was nice to get a longer run in on a beautiful cool morning!
