Notes

Ran Belle Meade and some side streets. Started from the gates of Percy Warner and back. Pretty pleased with how I eased into it. I felt pretty sluggish for the first couple of miles but warmed up. As I get further into training, it often takes a few miles of a long run before I am feeling good. This is actually good because it prevents me from getting rolling too early and I had more left in the tank later. My stride was feeling lopsided today for this first part but felt good on the 11.2. Stopped at my car and drank some water before starting the 11.2.
