First run since sundays 30 mile cross country. Couldn't find my HR monitor before going out but todays run was all about taking it real easy and jog. Took a mile or so before legs loosened up. Looks like it's going to be a spring marathon next year to focus on. Sub 3.10 will be the goal. Lydiard base training starts on monday. It's going to be a tough, exciting and hopefully rewarding 6 months ahead
