5.45am start this morning for Hill Reps. Typical hill rep is around 200m long (about 200-250ft high). All done offroad, ground very uneven and it was pitch black despite head torch.

2 mile warm up
4x hard up, jog down
4x easy up, jog down
6x easy up, hard down
1x easy up, easy down
1x hard up, hard down (Loving the leg burn on this).
Fastest downhill 48.2 seconds
Fastest uphill 64.2 seconds

2 mile run home finished off with 600 partial sqauts. Loving the burn all before breakfast although the risk of tripping up was high.
