Fantastic progression run tonight. Met up with my friend Rich who is just getting into running. Ran very easy at 10 min/mile pace or so before he left after 2 miles or so then I kicked off some faster running

Definitely more in the tank. 200 partial squats to cool down. Great evening of running.
