Notes
Long run mainly offroad on a 6 mile circuit. Wanted to simulate the TR24 race (picking up new bottle with each lap).
Didn't eat breakfast or eat anything on the run which meant I bonked around mile 17 but it passted quickly enough.
First 18 miles in 2:45. The last 7 were jog / walk for 2 mins / 1 min. Legs felt fine afterwards
