Ran 4.5 miles this afternoon to end of levy and back. Felt great going out, but humidity was smothering me. I just couldn`t breathe or keep my heartrate down. I will be very glad to see some cool, dry air this fall and winter.
Typically this is an easy run for me. I guess I am still not up to par from all the layoff.
Fortunately, no hip or hamstring pain.
