Ran 4 easy miles this morning. Still can`t make myself "trust" that knee and run normally. I`ll catch myself forgetting about it, and doing fine. THe only time I even notice it is when I get on an uneven area and my knee kind of "lock" in a straight position. Other than that, it doesn`t bother me at all. During or post run.
Maybe I`m on the mend. I`m not giving up hope
