Ran 5 miles this morning. Average about 8:15 or so. Felt really good. Would have been a good morning for a tempo but I am racing tommorow, so save my legs. I am NOT race ready by any means. But I miss the comradire that the races offer. If I can get in under 23 I will be happy. Last race ran was a Low 21, 21:08 or something like that. This will be a good indicator of how much work I have l eft to do to get back in good shape.
