Ran 1 mile warm up, 4 sets of 200`s, and then a mile and a half cool down.
The 200`a felt great. I could`ve easily done a set of 10-12, but with all the limited miles and knee issues, I knew to keep it mild.
For the 200`s I ran around 50-55 seconds, if I remember that is about a 6:30 pace or so. I will be glad when I can get back to a weekly "quality" session
