Great workout! 3 laps of 2.033 miles each approximately ( I need a GPS watch! ) very hilly perimeter. If you ran Garret Mountain, then you know what I'm talking about. 52:57 ( 8:41 pace ) I'll take it. 3 1/2 hours later as I write this log I feel fantastic! bouncing off the walls feeling like doing it again :) That's a good sign. Hill's baby! I start salivating when I see a hill.......( insane isn't it? ) I have the twisted Runner's mind I can't help it :)
