Great run today! 2 laps around Garret inside loop 4 miles a rainy cool day. First mile easy in 9:19, 2 miles in 18:33, 3 miles in 27:19 and 4 miles in 36:19 but felt real strong on the hills. Ran easy and let my momentum carrry me up the hills each time leaning into them and feeling in control. Recovered well after each hill which means my aerobic level is up there. Running 2 x per week now on hills and it feels real good. Right knee is getting stiff and is less flexible lately. On the quad stretch I can feel some inflammation there so I have to wait it out or take some ibprofin.
