XC course plus 3 xtra loops around lake. 3.1 + 1.15 + 1.15 + 1.15 = 6.55 felt great nice lift and nooooo fatigue at all not even coming up the hill. Recovered real quick also within 2 minutes. Was not fluid although I felt great. Too many rocks and uneven ground. I really shouldn't run on the course anymore bad for the back, knees, hip etc. but......I love it. hhhhhhhhh
