Felt great again today. First loop in 16:01 nice and easy and man did it feel good. Second loop in 14:51 and man did it feel fluid! Nice and easy no rush I will continue lifting in the gym getting stronger and running easy with plenty of yoga stretches. (16:01, 30:52)
