first run after 4x day shifts in a row yuck
Run was great, very cool in the morning and got going just as it was bright enough to see with sunglasses.
Experienced transient right toe pain/stiffness like it gets when it's swollen or jammed about mile 3 for a couple laps then went away.
Also had minor left Achilles stiffness off and on, but did get more pronounced after mile 8
Did 10.8 miles, yay. Felt really great.
