Woke with sore achiles / plantar fascitus on both feet, left more. On soreness scale 1-10 probably a solid 4. Faded fast with walking.
Did somethign different today, started with 15 minutes low HR MAF then started interval 8mph/6mph/3.4mph cycles. Stopped at 45 minute mark not wanting to overdo it.
Last 10 minutes adjusted inclines 3-6%
Felt great.
