Long break...camping at piney grove then thanksgiving vacation then 4 days off while working days.
Been eating HORRIBLY tons of sugar, I feel like shit, always hungry, no energy and I knwo I'm gainign weight
Need to start eating right today and fix my shit this week.
Started with MAF intent but HR kept going above even at slow speeds, prob due to long break and weight gain
Ended up doing 6.5 mph / 7 mph runs for a 10k will start maf again tomorrow as a recovery run
