MAF low HR run for first hour, then kicked up the speed for last 30 minutes just to add some mileage and also work on the aerobic aspect.

Felt great, was nice to sweat and feel sore afterwards haha. Think I'm going to alternate MAF and normal every other day, with MAFs being logn runs.

Today was rushed due to picking up camper.
