Ugh need to get back into this, today was hard
Ran 6, 6.5 and 7 mph alternates for 1 hour. Really wanted to stop at 30, then again at 45 but pushed through it and got a 60 minute workout in. Cant believe how much fitness I've lost. Need to recoup. Need to start eating right again and drop some of this fat I recently gained back.
