MAF long run
SUCKED was after day shift, started 4:30 and ran 2hrs harder than normal, thirsty and drank a bit of water
ran first 30 mins at 5.6mph then another 30 at 5.4 but HR kept high so had to drop to 5.0 for last hour
was HOT alot and sweated like crazy
feet started feeling sore and banged up, walked the last 15 minutes
