Rest day / recovery / walk
did 3.6mph @ 3% mostly, with intermittent 5 minute bursts of 6% and then 9% @ 3.2mph to get HR up into green briefly, which polar app saw as basic training, not recovery. Guess I need to stay all grey for recovery.
